most of u know that im useless with these new fangled compuer type things,but hopefully theres somebody out there worse than me, so im going to try and explain how to do this in idiotgrams.
go onto a free avatar site searched out by your engine
find one under 8kb
save to your pc or laptop
get adobe photoshop easily downloadable for free
go onto image and resize to 80%
copy and paste to pictures etc on your pc or laptop
open up tp forum
go on to your profile
scroll down to avatars
select browse on the avatar section and open up pictures
and submit
hope this is handy to anybody who is as dull as me on these things. now that ive done it watch how often my avatar changes

its the swansea and neath rugby team tif who i support

and not the Scarlets which I support.I have to admit that the Ospreys have a pretty good team at the moment,and the Cardiff Blues aren't to shabby either.Why o why do I support the Scarlets.
