Nope, have we finally got a stumper again...? I'll throw out a clue later this day.
'It's just like crop circles. No matter how many aliens own up to making them, there are always a few diehards who believe that humans go out with garden rollers in the middle of the night-'
Again no joy. The unfortunate individual in the scene is about to get told that 'nobody rides for free...',somewhat superfluous at that point, but also proved quite right in this instance. That might do it,if not more clues will follow.

Correctemundo! Abel Ferrara's King of New York it is of course, knew that last clue was too simple. For some reason Christopher Walken's outcry of "You're welcome! You're all welcome!...(to join!)" (which i'd forgotten follows it) popped up in the old noggin some time ago and had been driving me a bit mad as i couldn't figure out where it was from. It was from this movie naturally,as an invitation to join him at the Plaza for Arty Clay's men, whom he has just rendered 'bossless'.
The more famous quote of the movie is from at the end, when the he's asked by detective Roy Bishop : "Did you really think you could get away with killing all these people?" and Frank White replies with "I never killed anyone who didn't deserve it."
