Thanks all.
What is rice pasta? Noodles made from rice flower? If you get a headache from eating certain things, this might be a migraine. Especially since it seems to stay with you for a while.
As for (red) wines: Headaches are normally not caused by alcohol itself, but by sulphites. Especially sweet wines with not so much alcohol contain quite a lot of sulphites, because the fermentation is stopped using sulphur dioxide. Otherwise the yeast would convert all the sugar to alcohol until the wine has around 16% (depending on yeast, temperature and other factors), leaving either less sugar (this is why most sweet German wines are stopped when they have around 11 percent - since the climate here is a bit less sunny than in Italy, Spain etc. the grapes have less sugar to begin with, thus you need to stop fermentation earlier if you want to have a given amount of sugar left in the wine), or making the wine very strong.
Another headache factor is dehydration. Alcohol dehydrates the body, which can cause headache. So, when you drink, be sure to drink a lot of preferably water additionally to your wine.
