Step 1 : How to Bake Sweet Potatoes 
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Wash the potatoes carefully, and prick the skin with a fork several times.
Place the sweet potatoes on a cookie sheet, as they occasionally ooze during baking.
Place the cookie sheet in the oven and bake for about one hour.
Serve plain, or garnished with butter and brown sugar.
Step 2: How to Boil Sweet Potatoes
Wash the potatoes and put them in boiling water.
Boil for about 30 minutes, or until tender when pierced with a fork.
Drain, peel, and cut into quarters.
Serve plain, or topped with butter, salt, and pepper.

And in Heather's case, there were sometimes Third Thoughts and Fourth Thoughts, although these were quite difficult to manage and sometimes led her to walk into doors
