Ok I've now officially got time off work WOOHOO

I'd also like to take this opportunity to offer my hospitality to anyone (I'm thinking of our oversees friends on here) who'd like a place to stay just before or after the convention to help out with costs. I could pick up and drop off at an airport too if need be as I have the whole week off I should point out that I only have room for one or maybe a couple.

Just copied this from the news letter, The Banquet will take place on the Sunday evening of the Convention by ticket only at a cost of £45 each.

That is a little bit too much for a veggie meal which will cost the hotel a couple of quid at the most, quite glad I will be leaving on the Sunday evening.

But the hotel has a habit of ripping con attendee's off they held the Eastercon one there last year. and I for one won't go back there if the next DWCon is held there.
